At Canvaz.me, we provide high-quality personalized artwork. We are confident that you will be entirely satisfied with our artists work, or we will refund your money!

Design Promise – Full Refund Guaranteed

Our team will review your photo(s) to ensure that our artists can use them to create your custom image. The art proof will be generated within 1-3 business days from receiving your photo and presented to you for approval. Your artwork will only be sent to production upon your approval, you have 2 Revisions free. If you are unhappy with your preview, you have a few options. We can recreate your artwork using a different photo or style at no additional cost, or we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Cancellations

If your artwork is not in production, and you wish to cancel your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only issue a full refund if the items have not yet been produced.

Returns

Because all artworks are individually made and produced. We cannot offer a refund of the order as soon as they are produced. If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you believe that a product is defective due to production issues or damaged during shipping, please promptly contact us at support@canvaz.me. You don’t have to return damaged items. If your order is damaged, provide us with photos of the damage, so we can handle the claim with our carrier.

Disclaimer

If a photo is blurry, we will notify you immediately. Canvaz.me reserves the right to deny returns from customers with an excessive return history.
