- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Canvaz.me online shop, operated by Gorilla Network e.U., based in Vienna, Austria. Canvaz.me is an online platform for creating and selling personalized canvas prints, using a combination of manual photo editing, artificial intelligence (AI), and Photoshop.By using Canvaz.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website.
- The Process
a. Image Upload: Customers are required to upload their images during the order process, which will be manually edited and modified using Photoshop.
b. AI Image Generation: The uploaded images will be further processed using AI image generation tools such as midjourney, DALL-E, and sd.
c. Final Refinement: The AI-generated output will be refined using Photoshop before proceeding to production.
By submitting an image, you agree to its use for the above purposes.
- Refund Policy
a. No refunds will be provided for canvas prints that have already been produced.
b. If the order is still in the image creation stage or awaiting customer approval, customers are entitled to a refund.
c. Once the canvas print has been produced and shipped, no refunds will be granted.
- Damaged Products
If the delivered product is damaged, customers are required to contact Canvaz.me at support@canvaz.me and provide photographs of the packaging and the product. Canvaz.me will liaise with the production and printing partners to determine the appropriate course of action. Customers are not required to return the damaged product.
- Advertising and Data Usage
Canvaz.me uses advertising platforms such as Facebook (Meta Pixel), Instagram, TikTok Ads, and Google Adwords for promotional purposes. However, these platforms are not used for evaluating user data.
- Changes to the Terms
Canvaz.me reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the website, and it is the responsibility of the users to review the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria. By using Canvaz.me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. - Prices, delivery costs
a. All prices indicated on the vendor’s website are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) at the valid rate.
b. The vendor charges delivery costs in addition to the prices indicated. Delivery costs are clearly explained to the customer on a separate webpage and during the order process itself.
